As part of the expansion and rebranding of the TTC’s night bus services, service begins on a new 310 BATHURST NIGHT bus, operating from Wilson Garage, taking over operations from the 7D overnight branch of the 7 BATHURST route. Buses operate from St. Clair Avenue (looping via northwest on Vaughan Road, east on St. Clair and south on Bathurst) via Bathurst and Fleet to loop via west on Fleet, west on Lakeshore, north on Strachan and east on Fleet. The 7D and 7F branches continue to operate from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Sunday mornings. In addition, new night service is provided on Bathurst Street north of Lawrence by a portion of the 314 DUFFERIN-BATHURST BLUE NIGHT bus route.

Last day of service using this route number. Service replaced with the renumbered 307 BATHURST NIGHT route the next night, operating over the same route. The new number brings the night service in line with its daytime equivalent, 7 BATHURST, according to TTC practises. This was not done in September 2016 during similar re-numberings to give riders a year to forget the 307 EGLINTON WEST NIGHT route.
